Honors Spanish - High Distinction
Received the Faculty of Arts Gold Medal for highest marks in class and was awarded the NAFTA Scholarship of $4500 CAD to study in Hermosillo, Mexico.

Certificate in Project Management - With Honors
During this Project Management Certificate program, I learned how to identify clear project objectives and detailed project requirements. I also honed my skills in developing and monitoring performance measures in real-world scenarios. As part of the courses, I also created valuable project management plans and learned how to best manage communication with all team members and project stakeholders. of course, organizing, planning and controlling finances was a key part of this program and finances. Finally, I became more adept at managing project constraints, including scope, quality, cost, and time.
Business Analysis Certificate
The Business Analysis Certificate program allowed me to understand the fundamentals of Business Analysis and how a BA adds value in both Waterfall and Agile approaches. I also learned how and why to apply key technical business analysis skills such as: process modeling, data analysis, matrices and diagrams. Finally, this program taught me how to engage stakeholders with leadership behaviors necessary for effective business analysis, such as: conflict management, communication, and facilitation.
